All sales are final. Because Emtru products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food safety and quality reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another issue, contact us at hello@emtrufoods.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging, if applicable. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.
