Welcome to Emtru! References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to OMA TRUE FOODS LLC, doing business as Emtru ("Emtru"). Emtru operates emtrufoods.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, and services (the "Services").
The Services are currently intended for pre-launch and informational purposes, including waitlist registration, early access updates, and promotional communications such as discount codes or free product opportunities. We are not currently selling products for payment through this website.
Emtru is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

At this time, Emtru is not actively selling products through this website. Any product descriptions shown are for informational, educational, or pre-launch purposes only and do not constitute an offer for sale. We may update, modify, or discontinue any descriptions or future product plans at any time without notice.
Section 3 - Orders
When we begin offering products for sale, any request to purchase will be considered an offer to buy.
At this time, Emtru does not process paid product orders through this website. We may, however, offer free product samples or promotional items on a limited basis.
While products or promotional items may be offered at no cost, we may charge shipping and handling fees to customers where applicable, which will be clearly communicated to you prior to fulfillment.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any request for promotional items or future orders at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of discount codes, or violation of these Terms. Eligibility for free samples, discount codes, or promotional offers is not guaranteed and may be limited (for example, to one per household, per address, or per email address).
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Emtru does not currently charge for products or services through this website. If pricing is introduced in the future for paid products, it will be reflected in updated Terms and disclosed prior to purchase. Any future prices, discounts, or promotions are subject to change without notice.
Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship free product samples and promotional items within the United States (contiguous 48 states) only. If we provide such items, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Once an item is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title for such item passes to you.

Emtru products are food/snack items intended for consumption. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient and allergen information provided with each product before consuming it. Our products may contain, or be manufactured in facilities that also process, common allergens (such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, or sesame).
If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing, you should consult product labeling and, where appropriate, a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our products. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emtru is not liable for any allergic reaction or adverse effect resulting from consumption of our products where the applicable ingredient or allergen information was made available to you.

The Services and all content included on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Emtru or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
